Tasting Notes:
This smooth red blend has been aged in European oak for 12 months and boasts a bouquet of sweet cherry, cassis, and tart cranberry with delicate notes of smoky vanilla. Flavours of dark plum, blackberry, currant with a hint of chocolate linger on the palate.
Food Pairing:
Pair this Baco Noir Cabernet premium red blend with BBQ spare ribs or a grilled rack of lamb.
Growing Season and Harvest:
The year started off warmer than previous two years with average temperatures from January to March. In August, temperatures were substantially above the norm. The season was very dry which was of benefit to the grape quality.
