2020 Chardonnay: The nose reveals an enticing array of aromas: pineapple, mango, and passionfruit. Rich and creamy on the palate - flavours of ripe peach, citrus zest, and honeydew melon, all enhanced by the gentle influence of oak. Fresh and vibrant with a radiant golden hue. Pair with grilled seafood, roasted chicken, or creamy pasta. RS 3.9 g/L

2019 Merlot: A balance of earth and fruit on the nose. A complex palate with dark plum and berry flavours and a  smoky finish as well as soft tannins that will develop with age. Pair with grilled steak, braised short ribs, or a dark chocolate dessert. RS 3.8 g/L

2019 Queen Bee Meritage: Smoky and rich, this wine shows deep tobacco and earthy characters with cedar spice and ripe dark berry fruit aromas. The palate is rich with medium tannins and lightly peppered black fruits. Pair with beef wellington or a sturdy aged cheddar cheese. RS 3.4 g/L

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon: Aromas of black currant, dark cherry, and blackberry, accompanied by subtle hints of cedar and tobacco. Bold flavours of ripe black fruits are complemented by velvety smooth tannins and notes of dark chocolate with a touch of vanilla. Pair with roasted lamb, or aged cheeses. RS 4.1 g/L

2022 Syrah Rosé: A delicate pink hue, with a bouquet of fresh summer berries on the nose and strawberry, cranberry, and red currant, as well as a gentle touch of spice on the palate. Pair with grilled prawns, scallops, or a light salmon dish. RS 4.5 g/L

Sparkling Methóde Cuve Close: Light and refreshing, with a touch of sweetness and well-balanced acidity. Candied fruits with light tropical fruit notes on the nose. The palate is fruit-forward with delicate bubbles, light honey and sweet citrus flavours. Pair with spicy chicken curry or roasted pork with braised vegetables. RS 18 g/L
