Our 2022 EastDell Black Label Gewürztraminer is a new addition to the EastDell family. The Morgan Vineyard’s terroir, climate, and viticultural practices all played a role in the remarkable grape quality. We picked at optimal ripeness, ensuring the fruit displayed our desired balance. The juice underwent a slow and cool fermentation process in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing aromatic compounds to be retained.

Captivating aromas of lychee, rose petals, and hints of ripe tropical fruits, balances with undertones of ginger spice and a touch of citrus zest. The wine’s acidity provides a refreshing counterpoint to the sweetness of the fruit, while notes of ginger spice add depth and intricacy.

This Gewürztraminer’s aromatic profile and hint of spice make it an excellent match for spicy dishes like Thai curry, Indian vindaloo, or Szechuan stir-fry.
