2022 Twenty Bees Syrah Rosé

2022 Twenty Bees Syrah Rosé is a delightful and refreshing wine made up of 100% Syrah grapes. When Syrah is used to create a rosé it exhibits a medium body with a crisp acidity that gives the wine a lively and vibrant character.

Our 2022 Syrah Rosé used maceration - a process in which Winemaker Scott McGregor left the grape skins in contact with the juice for a short period, allowing a slight extraction of colour and flavour; imparting a beautiful salmon hue to the wine.

Floral characteristics lead into a bouquet of fresh summer berries and citrus notes like grapefruit.  The fresh palate displays notes of red currant, sweet cherries, raspberry, and watermelon. RS: 4.5 g/L

This versatile wine can be paired with a variety of dishes on your Easter table. The bright acidity and fruit-forward nature make it an excellent match for honeyed ham, roasted turkey, or fish on Friday!
