Cabernet Merlot x6 - This food friendly red wine displays vibrant aromas of red berry fruits. The light oak aging comes through on the palate with light vanilla note complemented by cranberry. Well structured with delicate tannins and a well balanced acidity leading to a medium finish. Pair with grilled asparagus or fish and chips. RS: 11 g/L

Sauvignon Blanc x6 - This Niagara white wine that is light and refreshing with notes of green apple, freshly cut grass and fresh greens on the nose, followed by a palate of citrus, mineral and grassy notes on the palate. Pair with burgers or hard cheeses. RS: 7 g/L
