We have gathered our three exceptional winemakers and chef who will each present a wine and pair it with a literary inspired dish. Our featured wines include a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, a delightful Pinot Noir Rose, a lively Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, and a smooth Unoaked Pinot Noir, all from the beautiful Niagara region.

 

Our winemakers will share their knowledge and passion for winemaking, while you sip and savor the flavours of each wine and food pairing. We will also discuss how the literary works have influenced the creation of each dish.
