The 2020 growing season in Niagara was marked by favourable conditions for Malbec. Warm days and cool nights allowed for gradual ripening, ensuring optimal flavour development. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves fruit purity, while oak aging imparts subtle vanilla notes and enhances overall complexity. The result is a well-balanced Malbec that reflects both the varietal characteristics and the influence of Niagara's unique climate and soil.

Inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and a hint of dark chocolate precede a palate of rich in dark fruit, subtle vanilla, and a touch of black pepper, with velvety tannins and vibrant acidity. The lingering finish encapsulates the meticulous craftsmanship behind this robust and expressive Malbec.
