This is Karen, our Manager of Retail Operations and Winery Marketing, and her staff pick is our Serenity Pinot Noir Rosé.
The Serenity Pinot Noir Rosé delivers bright acidity and soft, subtle aromas of crabapple, watermelon, and raspberries on the nose. This wine is elegant with cool, crisp notes of strawberry, dry red cherry, and lemon zest on the palate.
Pairs with:
Fresh goat cheese salad or a basil-lemon crab linguine.

“The moment I sipped Serenity Pinot Noir Rosé I knew it would forever be a favourite of mine. The colour is beautiful, the balance of notes of berries while being dry is perfect and I love how versatile it is. I also think the label is one of the prettiest I have ever seen. I enjoy it on a hot summer day, serve it with a charcuterie platter or sometimes pair it with grilled chicken kabobs on the BBQ with a strawberry salsa."
