Staff Pick Series: Eli and the FRESH Sparkling Rosé
Each member of our retail team at Lakeview Wine Co. has picked a favourite wine from our extensive portfolio and will be sharing details with you about what makes this wine their go-to! This is Eli, our Assistant Retail Manager, and his staff pick is our FRESH Sparkling Rosé.
Characteristics:
This rosé is a blend of 50% Riesling and 50% Gamay Noir. Juicy notes of cherry, strawberry, pomegranate and citrus on the nose. The palate echoes these flavours with additional notes of raspberry and strawberry jam.Pairs with:
Salmon dishes, or summer salads topped with fresh local berries.
